    We almost always get the same thing: a Large Ole Fish Basket (3 pcs of fish fries, and hush puppies) as well as Cole slaw; it is always exactly the same: GREAT. Rusty's Cole Slaw is the best anywhere! Servers are always helpful and friendly, and there is rarely a wait; the fish is prepared AFTER you order it. We've also had the Chicken Club Sandwich and Clam Basket, both were excellent; the Clam Basket reminds us of Howard Johnson's fried clams many decades ago!

    This is our 2nd time to eat at Rusty's Wharf. The prices are great and have a good selection of seafood but it's mostly deep fried. We ordered the combo with clams, chicken and fish. The platter came out and the chicken was so dark and hard. When we took it back the counter they said that's how they cook the chicken because it's so thick. They offered us another piece of fish. We accepted but it was a little disappointing. When we drive to Lynds we will still go to eat here.

    I have been reading great things for weeks now about Rusty's Wharf on Columbus Foodies. I mentioned it today to my husband & we made an impromptu trip to Pataskala. It was so worth it! We are a family of 4. Three of us got the large fish baskets & my youngest got the chicken tender basket. Plus we added a side of slaw and a side of mac & cheese. Everything was delicious. The fish & chicken were hand battered. They were fried perfectly. The amount of crunch was perfect. The fries were crispy. The sides were both delicious. The tarter sauce was very tasty & very plentiful The highlight of the meal for me was the hush puppies! I could seriously make a meal of the them. They were crispy on the outside. The inside was tender & moist with just a hint of green onion. Our bill was around $50 plus we have leftovers for days. Pretty good for a family of 4. We will definitely be repeat customers.

    First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable! I got three large breaded fish fillets, fries and two hush-puppies for just $10 and a large drink was only $2.29 more! Everything tasted great. I will be back and will likely bring my friends with me when they are in town.
